Who We Are
Fairview United Methodist Church Grubville is committed to creating a warm and inclusive community dedicated to spiritual growth and serving our community. We are led by Pastor Donna-Schofield-Dolle, who has been a light in our church for the last 5 years and has served the United Methodist Church as a pastor for nearly 20 years. Pastor Donna fills our sanctuary with insightful Biblical interpretation, moving devotionals, and laughter.
Our congregation was formed from members of Oak Hill Methodist Church in Grubville, which was built in 1832. After Oak Hill had to close its doors in the early 1870s, members created a new congregation to worship with in 1886 - Fairview UMC. Since 1888, our church building has hosted community dinners, joyful singing, and a love for learning about the Word of God.
